1. General Terms
This page describes the rules for returning, exchanging, and refunding Himalayan salt lamps purchased from our store, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” (hereinafter — the Law).
2. Exchange and Return of Products in Good Condition
Consumer Rights
Consumers have the right to exchange or return a non-food product in good condition (for example, a Himalayan salt lamp) if it does not fit in terms of shape, size, color, or for other reasons cannot be used as intended.
Return/Exchange Period
Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, excluding the day of purchase.
Conditions
To exchange or return a product in good condition:

The product must be unused and show no signs of wear.

The product must retain its original appearance, packaging, labels, and seals if applicable.

You must have a proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or other payment proof).
Procedure

Notify us of your intention to return or exchange the product.

Agree on the method and address for the return.

Return the product in its preserved condition.

After inspecting the product, we will confirm the exchange or refund.
Note: If a similar product is unavailable, you have the right to:

Exchange the product for another with a price adjustment.

Terminate the sales contract and receive a full refund.
3. Return of Defective Products
If the Himalayan salt lamp has defects or malfunctions that prevent its proper use:

You may request a refund or exchange for a similar product in good condition.

A service center report or other document confirming the defect may be required.
4. List of Non-Returnable Products
The Law of Ukraine defines certain categories of products that cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase, even if they are in good condition. This list is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Himalayan salt lamps are not included in the restricted categories and can be returned or exchanged according to the general rules if all conditions above are met.
Official changes to the list of non-returnable products will be reflected in our terms.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
For returns of products in good condition, return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
6. Refund Timing
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund using the agreed method (bank card or other agreed method) no later than 7 working days from the date of confirmation of the validity of the return.
